Susan Schmunk is a 35 year real estate industry veteran and has represented buyers and seller throughout Washtenaw County in a wide array of real estate transactions. She has lived in Ann Arbor for over 30 years, spending the last 8 years in the Polo Fields neighborhood. During this time Susan has developed a long record of guiding clients with their real estate acquisitions, sales transactions, and investment goals.
Susan is married and has 2 children, 5 grandchildren, and a dog. In her free time she loves watching her grandchildren play hockey, baseball, softball, and soccer. She also enjoys giving back to the local community. She is a former coordinator for the Reinhart Coat Drive, and has volunteered at Huron Valley Habitat for Humanity. She has also volunteered at Thurston, Clague, and Huron Schools and did Hurricane Katrina Disaster Relief and was a volunteer at the Red Cross. Currently, she is involved with the Ann Arbor Alzheimer’s Association.
